Ards Youth under 10s are pleased to announce that three of their players, Alexander Mc Ilmail, Scott Thompson and Louie Reid have been selected for trials for the George Best League Select squad.

Iain Hannah's National League Under 12s launched their new tracksuit on Sunday 17th January 2010 before the friendly match with Bangor Rangers and the team again are proud to display the Meningitis Research Foundations Logo on it.

Well done the Iain Hannah's Under 12 team who gained their first victory of the season in the NIBFA National League. Their unfortunate opponents were Limavady Youth who were defeated 2-1 at Dairyhall.

Ards Youth Goalkeeping Coach, Gordie, has been in a car accident and won't be able to train this Wednesday night (24th February) so the goalkeeping training will be cancelled. Everyone at Ards Youth wishes Gordie a speedy recovery.

On Saturday March 27, Glentoran take on Coleraine at Windsor Park. As Ards Youth Dynamos are part of IFA Co-operative Insurance skills centre, we have been invited to take part in the fun and games for the children before the kick off (taking place Midgely Park) which will include crossbar challenge, penalty kicks, etc. There will also be a parade around the Windsor Park pitch for participating centres in the build up to kick off.

On Sunday 7th February, Ards Youth Under 10s were invited to take part in Tullycarnet Community FC Festival of Football in partnership with the Castlereagh Co-operative insurance Games Development Centre held at the Hanwood Centre. The Tigers group consisted of 4 teams. Ards Youth, Creagh Wanderers, Carryduff Colts and hosts Tullycarnet Community FC. The Tigers won their 3 group games and were the only team out of the 8 teams to take part to go undefeated in the Festival. Well done to the Tigers some very promising displays of football and another great performance by all the boys involved.

The venue for the Under 14's match against a North Dublin League Under 14 Select Team has now been changed to Seaview; kick-off 2.30pm on Wednesday 30th December 2009.

Well done to the Under 17s who today made it through to the final of the Lisburn League Shield. They beat Tandragee 4-1 on Saturday 12th December 2009 at Wallace Park in Lisburn. Their opponents in the final will be Glenavon who beat Crusaders 4-3. Everyone in the club wishes them good luck in the final.
